The list is really long - I wouldn't even know where to begin.

Just about any decent chess player can turn on any top engine, look at its
scores and evaluations, and come up with example after example where the engine
is wrong. In these cases, the human is almost always right.

What's hard is to formulate the evaluation heuristics.
