Why would you want to do that? In any case, moves themselves don't have
"values". It's the positions that occur at the ends of sequences of moves that
are scored, and the move which starts the best sequence is selected. Unless  you
disable the code to *generate* en passant captures, you won't be able to
"discourage" a program from playing them. However, if you want to take out the
en passant move generation, you have to be careful that you allow for the
program's *opponent* to play en passant captures, because he/it won't be
affected by your decision not to let *crafty* play them. Which leads back to my
original question: why would you want to do that?
