This result does not surprise me because of the following reasons.

1)Trace is probably better than Movei in endgames thanks to using hash for
pruning in the endgame.
2)I still did not implement special knowledge for these endgames and one of the
reasons is that normal games is a very long way to test because many of them do
not get this type of endgames(I will probably test again in these endgames when
I implement special knowledge for endhames).

3)My hardware is faster than your hardware and I guess that longer time control
help the weaker program to be closer to 50%

Note that
In order to complete my match I played additional 10 games
and the result was 7-3 for Movei so it means that Movei beated gerbil 27.5-12.5
and it could be 28.5-11.5 without a bug in probing the nalimov tablebases.
