It depends. Super GM and GM constantly make mistakes, blunders, and lower level moves. The internet is full of examples, including missed mates. I have a couple of recent ones to show how your program instantly sees the blunder but the GM overlooked. I think that if both sides reach a neutral position out of book, then the super GM can draw on his best day, with a minimum number of wins only if he makes no blunders and is having his best day. I also think that the program will place at the top if it was allowed to play in a super GM tournament or in a match. GM, "I hate to play against a Chess Program, but I use one for analysis".
