Thats right. Assume 2 programms with the same playing strength, one is a
complicated the other an easy solution. Then the easy solution is the better
one. An easy programm can be better maintained, implementation errors can be
found faster and the outhor better understands his own code. That leads to
faster improvement of the playing strength in the future. A prove for this
statement is Toga.
