Result learning is something that the Chessbase interface and Crafty do
extremely well.

Crafty goes as far as to use results in book creation and then tunes the book
with result learning as games are played. If a certain line is played and loses
a certain amount of times it is culled from the book.

Chessbase also does this very well.

You mention that Rebel has this and it is no surprise. Ed is and always was very
forward thinking when he programmed. His learning schemes are very advanced.
