There appears to be some problems with the Novag Universal Board drivers for Rebel 10 and Fritz 5.xx The board works perfectly with the supplied old version of Wchess, but not with the other two. White's move is recorded and the computer responds with its move, however when one moves the piece on the board corresponding to that move, the program reads the square from which the black piece is moved as the first half of white's next move (g5-__)etc. This ruins the usefullness of the board since one must go back and forth between computer and board to delete this improper half-move. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions for helping this problem?
