Hello Odell,
Yes, I have complained about this to REbel but I doubt if they care.  By the way
the ELO rating on rebel probably is geared to FIDE not USCF and at 1810 thats
about 2000 USCF (IMHO).  I think FIDE and USCF are closer together at say 2500
but at 1800 I think there is a big difference.  Even if you consider that I
still thing the Rebel rating is higher than indicated.
