If you're trying to tweak Rebel10 remember two things; one: USCF = ELO+100, so set the rating to 1650-1700, and two: Rebel still has the perfect opening book. Therefor don't forget to tweak the book also. That can be done by downloading the Rebel Blunder book, or by using a user created book from -say- your own games or so - I donn't know how perfect your knowledge is of openings -and that of your opponents- but in such a opening book maybe theory is not as deep and there might be a few blunders.
