That is not correct. Could you please check your browser settings. I assume that
you are using IE6, so:

1) Select 'Tools' from the menu bar and then 'Internet Options...'
2) Click on the 'Languages...' button on the 'General' tab.

What languages are listed in the 'Language:' box?
