Hint: Look up the german dwz list for people in that range and look up there elo ;) This is long known and old stuff ... (It is exactly different for USCF - here you have to substract around 100 instead adding 100 for elo comparison) My last elo tourney had a success of 1984 elo... You are a real stalker and trolly.
