hi Jeroen thank you VERY much for that very interesting piece of chess computer history! it is very interesting to read about Jan Louwman the "Father of Chess computers" as very little was ever written about him here in the US i only know about his importance on the chess computer scene from talking to collectors and with correspondence with fellow Dutch friends even Tim Krabbe mentions his name often of course it was also highly interesting to read about your performance against these fairly strong computers can i ask you what the time control was? you must be a strong player to defeat these computers and even draw so easily i realize you are an opening book expert so you outbooked the Dallas 020 but still you must be a strong player i imagine that since you were able to score 3-4 from these computers that Louwman happily let you keep all of them for free?? :)) Eager For More Schachcomputer Lore Regards Steve
