Yes

The main problem is that the definition is not clear.

Maybe but if it is the case then the right way is to warn Vasik about it and
not to make personal attacks against him when the rules are unclear.

My opinion is that vasik does not earn customers from replying questions here
and the reason that people buy rybka is that it is leading rating lists like the
CEGT rating list.
