About to go 'stark raving mad' What kind of move generator are you using out of interest? Have you looked at Mike Sherwin's examples of speedy movegens available with Romichess for example. They are called Conundrum and Carnivor. He seems to be the maestro of speed. They are complicated for my poor old brain but very very fast. Christopher
