It's the members. For those that moderated with me - they know I have advocated a two strike policy. If it takes more than one warning to an adult to modify their behavior at this club - they may not be suitable to be members and I believe in cutting your losses early. I also advocated banning for life. This rule that bannings become undone with elections is somthing some former CTF moderator dreamed up. It wasn't that way when I first became a moderator. Anyway, I hate to see anyone get banned -- but usually a banning here and there and things calm down in a hurry.
