Convekta tutorial CDs are of two types: those that are based on Chess Assistant,
and those that use their standard tutorial front end (the same as CT-Art). Both
Strategy 2.0 and the four-volume (to date) Encyclopedia of Middlegame series use
the latter, so they look the same and include the same four basic modes: Study,
Practice, Test, and Play.

Strategy 2.0 teaches strategy by topic: Advantage in Development, Advantage in
Space, Attack on the Kingside, Attack on the Queenside, Defense and
Counterattack, Weak Squares, etc.

The Encyclopedia of Middlegame series deals with the specific strategic ideas of
a selection of openings. Each volume covers a dozen or so openings. It's worth
having the whole series, which I believe is still on sale at a discount price.

It would take a week for me to adequately describe these programs. Instead, I
suggest you read about them at www.Convekta.com and, especially, try out the
various demos. I think you'll conclude as I have that this is the best study
material on the market. (And by the way I have no connection to Convekta,
ChessBase, Bookup or any of the others.)

Good luck.
