I have some interesting results - especially with number 3 - with a version of
Crafty I have made recently. When I have long analyses for all positions, I
will post results, but here are some early results from #3.

    4     0.11     ++   1. h3!!
    4     0.18  -0.99   1. Kd2 Kd7 2. Kc2 Nxf3 3. gxf3
    4->   0.26  -0.99   1. Kd2 Kd7 2. Kc2 Nxf3 3. gxf3
    <Kd2 is best move throughout this interval>
    9    29.59  -0.74   1. Kd2 Rf8 2. Rf1 Kd7 3. Kc2 Kc8 4.
                        b3 Qd7 5. Be2
    9    39.84     ++   1. Nxg5!!
    9    41.11   0.00   1. Nxg5 Bxd1 2. Nxe6 Qc8 3. Bf5 Bc2
                        4. Nxg7+ Kd8 5. Ne6+ Ke8 6. Ng7+
    9->  42.02   0.00   1. Nxg5 Bxd1 2. Nxe6 Qc8 3. Bf5 Bc2
                        4. Nxg7+ Kd8 5. Ne6+ Ke8 6. Ng7+
   <Nxg5 is best throughout this interval>
   14    10:24   0.01   1. Nxg5 Bxd1 2. Nxe6 Qb8 3. Kxd1 g6
                        4. Nf4 Kd8 5. Nxd5 Bh4 6. Ne4 Qc8 7.
                        Kc2 Qe6

Previous 'versions' gave a score around +0.75, and the best move switched
between Nxg5 and h3.
