Bxf4 fails high at ply 9 (4 seconds), and Rxd3 fails low again at ply 10 (around 19 seconds in the full search, 5 seconds when searching only Rxd3). The score for Bxf4 continues to rise at least until ply 13. So, I suppose Bxf4 is first picked on 'positional' grounds, before seeing the real danger. Jeremiah
