(Sorry, I inadvertantly entered the post without completing it). Fritz 5.32 suggests 5. Nf3. This appears to be some mutated form of the King's Gambit, where white sacrifices a pawn for early development. After 5. Nf3, white has developed both of his Knights, while black has not yet developed a piece.
