I listen to everybody > and give credit where it's due.. It's not a war, so far :) I don't think the offering money in events is a big problem for the FIDE. Historically, their problem has been favoritism toward their communist party members like Karpov, or Botvinnik. Fischer and Kasparov never got the same fair treatment, and if the nation isn't "politically correct" then their players won't be treated fairly either. Mark
