There are two ICCA Journal articles about this. One by Hyatt, one by Heinz.
I posted the references a few weeks ago, but I don't have my journals to
hand. Perhaps if you visit the ICCA site, you could look at the table of
contents page and find them there? Both articles are entitled "XXXX goes
deep". XXXX is "crafty" in Hyatt's article and "DarkThought" in the second.
