It seems that competition on uneven hardware has relevance for a lot of people here. End users probably couln't care less (the chess maniacs). Programmers would say the testing is useful as a proving ground for new ideas. To find some use for all the long threads we've had on this subject, we should have this as a poll question : Are concerned about Computer Chess Competition on uneven hardware ?
