I do not believe in it.
I believe that with only material evaluation it is going to lose against GM's
even with 9*10^14 nodes per second.

with this in mind

I do not agree about it.

Try Fritz1 on K6 2 450 against top programs on p90 at tournament time control.
I expect the p90 to win most of the games.

I expect the p90 to get more than 20% even if you do games with programs in the
same level.
