I believe that I was well clearly when placing the reality regarding
piracy. So that a problem is decided, the first step is to know
the problem and to analyse the origin of the problem. The next step
is to analyze possible solutions and, then, try to decide of the
best possible form. I do not believe that the problem goes to be
decided only with the use of the law, this is a great and complex
problem, that it goes very beyond piracy.
I find that the best one for my country to develop, of general form,
is to attack in education.
With regard to Jose, who I nor know, I find that he must be a good
person, therefore he is very ingenuous and spontaneous. The
spontaneous people are generally good.
