Hypothetical I suggest the people place smiley faces around the harmless jokes since I will lean in the direction that offensive posts are in the eye of the beholder and if the person it was offensive towards Emails me to delete it, I probably will (always dependent on content of course). There is always the possibility of conflict between members and moderators. Do you anticipate such a revengeful situation as you question? I think all of the nominees are reasonable people, so I feel that your hypothetical situation is exactly that. However, if it did occur, I would talk to Steve about it and let him decide what to do on an out of control moderator. My job would be to moderate the posts, not the moderators. KarinsDad :)
