I say why not go back to paid membership. That way all is fixed.

There are people who do not get an email with their net service. So we can kick
out those people, and this will also include the people who log in at a college
or University. Or the public library. What about people who log in via their
work, not all have an email account. Or people using a freinds or family members
computer, and they do not wish their ISP email to be used by anyone else except
them.

So I agree to, get rid of all free email accounts, and all the innocent people
who are included in this bracket and have been doomed because of abuse other
people have done in using these accounts.

We should get ID for all. Cause it is pretty easy to go back to your ISP if you
have been booted out of here and get a new email. Lets not forget unless you are
going to track everyone this will be hard to police. Since we have many internet
providers in my country. and there are a few that are run by the
telecommunicatios companies. So if you boot out someone with a email

harry@onetel.com.au, and you get a new member who comes in under
Paul@onetel.com.au, it might be the person so are you going to boot that person
out. If that is the case you will be also blocking 80,000 other Australians from
ever joining this group.

And if you track IP numbers. Well there are programs you can use to change those
numbers. And you can change them on your own computer depending on the ISP
service provider you use.

This is not the same as ICC, this is free membership. So unless you are going to
make people pay for using this forum, you cannot punish the innocent cause of
the actions by a few. Thats what we have moderators for. so if people abuse in
here then you handle it like like.

I would think that the people who have been the trouble makers in the past and
have become new members again and again under different emails and names. I
would like to know if they all had free email accounts.
