The comment about paying was mine. That they are more unwilling to pay and stuff
around on here if they are going to lose money.

Do all the people who get banned from here have free email accounts. Does that
mean all free email account members are trouble makers, you must think so
otherwise you would not be pushing for this.

Did you know that our largest multi billion dollar TV station has formed a
partnership with Microsoft. And they have a site called NineMSN, did you also
know that all of the company members, from members of the board downwards, some
16,000 of them, only use hotmail accounts, cause of this deal that was struck
with Microsoft ?

I can understand your point of view, that trouble makers can find it easier to
get a free email account and cause trouble. But you are lumbering alot of other
good people into your equation too. Most times when you see free email accounts
being banned are for sites like ICC and time trial programs, where you could
basically keep getting new accounts to use a program forever.

I only see this idea as lumping people with free email accounts into the
catagory of trouble maker, and thus all are being punished for it.

So 6 million plus hotmail account users are trouble makers. Lets not forget
Yahoo. I did not say you said that, but that is the impression I am getting from
this.
