They have a frequency and first they swing in one direction, and then in another direction. People voted Peter, Harald, and Will in apparently because the prevalent feeling at the time was that moderation was not strict enough. When it became stricter, then some people in the minority were offended. What I find interesting is that you Bruce have one of the stricter moderation viewpoints out of the 6 nominees.
