Let's agree on the following:
A DOS program is developped for DOS and may run under Windows or
Windows-DOS-mode.
A Windows program is developped for Windows, quality of GUI is not of interest,
and won't run in DOS.
So Fritz >4 is a Windows program...

This is the only solution as there is no single best program that fits all our
demands. :-)
I always tried and try to concentrate on one or two programs...but I always
failed. :-)
