From my test games, it seems to play worse than 10a, at least with "System
Tiger" enabled. I don't know if Ed's statement is based on extensive testing or
just his personal opinion on how certain changes in the engine affect playing
characteristics. I suspect the latter, so he could be wrong; remember 10c has
not been tested for several months before release as 10a has.
