The kontest you are describing, where the platforms are made as equal as possible, was the Komputer Korner Kup. Since his kompany went and 'downsized' him {KK}, we are KKUP-less. It's a komplete tragedy too, if you ask me. My favorite sort of games are those at very long time kontrols.
