That's an engine question and not a GUI one, so there the manual is of no help.
I could tell you that Hiarcs calculates roughly 1/10th the NPS of Fritz but that
means zilch as they handle hash tables differently. Otherwise ALL programs would
require and benefit enormously from huge amounts of RAM such as Fritz which is
not the case. My suggestion is to e-mail their support and ask them.
