You need 2 gnu utilities. You need gunzip and tar. And if that's a download of
DJGPP's gcc then it's a DOS compiler not a Windows 95 compiler, and there is no
way posible to use it to compile a Winboard program if that's what your goal is.
They need to be compiled as win32.
