I think they are talking about the CMB11 position of the LCT-II test.

This position comes from the game Vaisser - Genius 2 that took place in
Aubervilliers (France) in 1994.

These informations come from the number 8 issue (Nov 94) of the french revue "La
Puce Echiquéenne". The game listing is not given in the revue, but I guess some
fellows out there can search their databases in order to find it.
