The problem is that these hubdreds of games are not games of the
top programs and this is the reason that the rating are inflated.

I do not think that top programs on pentium200MMX should have more than 2500
rating.

The problem is that the difference between humans when one human beats another
human 3:1 is bigger then the difference between programs if one program beats
another program 3:1.
