  I downloaded a freeware program (FreeMem Std) somewhere and it works fine. I
can send you it (it's about 500kb before compressing).
  It creates a non real program and allocates memory for it. Then Windows dumps
the needed RAM to the swaping file and FreeMem ends its program, so memory
remains free.
