When people disagree, why do they ask stupid trolling questions like this? As if by default, another person cannot understand positional and strategic nuances in a game like chess if they are not a GM, but only when they disagree with you. How about Othello? Is there no positional play in it? Logistello managed to beat the world Othello champion 6 games out of 6. Was this merely due to tactics? And what is the definition of positional play? Is it the ability to make a good move based on experience when you do not see a tactical reason to not do so? Are you aware that most GMs were shocked at some of Deep Blue's positional moves? I guess crabs had ears two years ago. KarinsDad :)
