When people disagree, why do they ask stupid trolling questions like this? As if
by default, another person cannot understand positional and strategic nuances in
a game like chess if they are not a GM, but only when they disagree with you.

How about Othello? Is there no positional play in it? Logistello managed to beat
the world Othello champion 6 games out of 6. Was this merely due to tactics?

And what is the definition of positional play? Is it the ability to make a good
move based on experience when you do not see a tactical reason to not do so? Are
you aware that most GMs were shocked at some of Deep Blue's positional moves? I
guess crabs had ears two years ago.
