(overclocking??, or something with the chip itself?) there is no overclocking. the temperature of the cpu is within its range. the benchmarks give normal values. all programs run. nothing is crashing. it could be a hash-table collision. you cannot setup the position and expect the program to reproduce the strange moves. Setting up a position gives different behaviour than playing a whole game with pb.
