The win expectancy calculations I have are directly from the formulae listed by the USCF. There is some monkey business that goes on -- it is also affected by prize money, of all things. I suspect the formulae used by FIDE and other bodies may be different. If anyone wants the code I fiddled around with, let me know and I will email a copy to you.
