 I'm sure this has been covered, but TB's do seem to make a substantial
 difference in computer vs. computer matches. Where the programs are near
 equal in general playing strength TB's may make as much as 20-50 points
 difference. At least that is my observation. Without TB's I've watched
 a number of programs lose dead draw endings on ICC.
