If this was the same Hardware/Software combination from Paderborn event, perhaps it could be used to relatively FIDE 'rate' the other Paderborn WCCC computer participants. Maybe a few other programs from Paderborn have official FIDE ratings or very similar from 40/2hr control matches or tournaments with humans that are FIDE rated.
