I've read the (rather poor) documentation about building a new opening book for The Crazy Bishop and tried several times to build one from a fbk or pgn file without any success. TCB either did not use it or winboard "closed unexpecly". I use the hongkong fbk file from Fritz which is about 2 Mb size. Can anyone help me ? Thanks.
