Subject: KD's 20 byte thing

Hi all,

For those interested, I came up with 2 new additions to my storing any random
legal position in 20 bytes schema.

Out of the 351 cases, I dropped the number of failures from 69 to 47.

And, the maximum number of bits required now has dropped from 165 to 164.

It's almost disappointing to make progress since I keep inching closer and
closer; and just when I think there is no way to improve, I find another small
way. I cannot any longer even convince myself that it cannot be done.
