Exactly this is what we have or what we do in tournaments like AEGON-tournament
or even in Paris championship or paderborn championship 1995 i did it this way.
5 minutes or if you are fast, 3 minutes is enough.
and if it still oversteps the time control - it is only human-like... :-)
