It was Sofia, and it surprised the heck out of her, since she thought she was
lost.

It is nice to be friendly but it's possible to do this to excess during a game.
It is permitted when one is better to make one's opponent work for the draw.
There comes a point when to continue is nothing but an expression of contempt,
but I think that most operators should be more aggressive and worry a little
less about this.

I'd rather deal with chess than with flagging, and the best way to achieve this
is for the opponent not to spoil the game by overstepping the time limit.  I've
always thought that was a wimpy way to lose.
