I checked the first and this castling status is wrong. The black rook is on A8
and you said black can still 0-0-0. This is not correct.

Change it to:
1r2k2r/1p1n1pp1/pqnbp1p1/3p4/3P1P2/2NBP3/PP1B2PP/2RQK2R w Kk -

and things will work fine.

Extra note:
The blackrook is in all your positions not present on A8 so this is all the same
error.
