I think it depends on who the Human was and what time control was used, although
I have not heard anything about the game you suggest. Also you can not come to
any conclusions based on a single game.  Hiarcs is not expected to win against a
grandmaster regulary, especially if the grandmaster is 2600+. I think it is sort
of funny because you hear many people claiming computers are not grandmaster
strength, yet when a computer only draws a human GM or loses, people respond in
the negative as if they secretly expected the computer to win.
