I am not wrong. it is no bug. chris does not take tournament controls serious,
and so the program is not doing too.
also it does not happen often. i have never had it on my machines.
Using the phrase "beeing man enough to" shows that you have strange point of
views of for a person living in 1999.

no.
But this does not change anything to the fact that overstepping time is
normal.
