Hiarcs is also doing small number of NPS relative to Fritz and Junior but is not
losing agsint them in blitz time control.

I agree that Junior and Fritz will have to put more knowledge in their programs
but the number of NPS does not show about knowledge.

I believe that Junior did not understand that the bishop  ending is lost because
of wrong piece square tables and not because of the fact that it is a fast
searcher.
