Yes GNU Eiffel (SmallEiffel), my own favorite. As input a clean Object Design Language, as output highly optimized ansi-c code w.or w.out auto GC. Try it, you'll like it. As you know This requires System Analysis, to catch live object.method tuples. There is no C++ compier as I know of that supports it (that does not mean there are not any)
